Q. How much does it cost to work with a John-William Interiors designer?
A. Our design services are complimentary when purchasing home furnishings from John-William Interiors. Design fees are charged when the designer is asked to work with you on an hourly basis to review plans, make interior and/or exterior selections for your home, assist in relocating existing furniture, etc.

Q. Will you work with my architect and builder?
A. Our design staff is happy to assist you when you are building a new home or remodeling an existing home. We do charge hourly for this service and will work with you; your architect and your builder to help your vision for your home come to life.

Q. Doesn't it cost more to work with a designer?
A. You will find that working with a designer saves you time and money by avoiding costly "Do it your self" mistakes. Our experienced and skilled design staff will guide you through the process of assessing your needs, identifying the perfect furnishings for your space and executing the plan so that you have the beautiful home you envisioned.

Q. When is the best time to work with a designer?
A. It is usually best to begin working with a designer at the beginning of any project that you are starting, whether it is a new home, a remodel or simply updating your living room.

Q. How do I choose a designer?
A. While working with a designer should be an enjoyable experience, it is important to do your homework first. We recommend interviewing 2-3 designers. Ask them questions about their design philosophy, look at their portfolios and above all make sure you "connect" one on one. This is a partnership and you must feel comfortable with each other and be able to communicate freely. If you are unsure of your decision, or unable to make a decision, please contact John-William Interiors management and they will be happy to assist you in making the right choice.
